Top Marks for Kaleidoscope in Drama Exams

Our talented Kaleidoscope senior students gained top marks in their Trinity Drama Exams. The students performed extracts from a number of plays, including Blood Brothers, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, The Boy Who fell into a Book and The Arabian Nights, in front of an external examiner. Ten of the seventeen students, gained Distinctions - the highest level and seven gained Merits - the next highest level. This was the first drama exam that the students had ever taken and they were all thrilled with their results.They rehearsed their scenes with their directors, Yvette and Deirdre for a whole term in their weekly classes, before performing them in the exam. They all worked extremely hard to develop their characters for the exam performance and everyone was totally committed throughout the whole process. What an impressive result!
